Dear Sir/ Madam,

Euroform RFS (PIC 946441514) is an Italian VET institution and adult training organization established in 1996 and accredited by the national government of Italian Republic and Calabria Region. Our mission is to give attention to ICT- based training, innovative training methods, transparency in validating and assessing the learning outcomes. It is important to link training to the labour market, in fact one of our main activities is to organize work placements and we have implemented numerous projects in the area which list you can find in our web site  euroformrfs.it/?lang=en.

 

Euroform has been acting for many years in organizing internships for VET and university students in Italian companies operating in various areas: ICT, engineering, mechanics engineering, business administration, editor, graphic design, economics, marketing, public administration, accountancy, tourism, veterinary, Italian cuisine, catering, equestrian, architecture, agriculture, alternative energy resources, ecc. Besides that we also offer a variety of services: accommodation, language course, cultural programme, airport transfer, local transportation, tutorship and mentoring, validating and assessment of learning outcomes obtained, e-learning for Italian language course and pre-departure orientation activities.

Euroform also hosts VET experts and staff members by organizing training courses (please find attached the training list), meetings, visits, round table discussions in a wide range of subjects, including thematic regarding the analysis and the comparison between the different European educational systems, schools' management, the international co-operation among schools, the comparison and study of innovative methodologies in education and training, orientation and guidance, ICT - based learning, validation and assessment of learning outcomes, informal and non-formal learning, ecc.

We have successfully worked for more than 15 years in different EU co-funded projects in order to build and develop innovative training and during those years we have constituted experienced team which includes project managers, researchers, trainers, VET experts, IT and e-learning specialists. Our future aims and activities will remain concentrated in the following directions which are relevant to Erasmus + strategic priorities for the coming years:

• Organize practical training in companies (work placements) in order to link the training to the labour market, to foster entrepreneurship, to focus on the areas with skill shortage.
• Enhance innovative ICT - based and learner - centred training. Adapt and improve our own e-learning system for implementing efficient online orientation, online training and linguistic preparation.
• Give particular attention to adult education: re-skilling and up-skilling in order to remain competitive for the changing labour market.
• Implement ECVET (European Credit System for VET) by adapting appropriate tools which help to validate the learning outcomes of informal and non-formal learning. Euroform has a long experience in validation of the professional experience acquainted. In the last years we have implemented (also with the help of Transfer of Innovation projects) various tools of evaluation, validation of learning outcomes.
